Where do we deliver?

Unless you live on a private island, we can deliver pretty much anywhere. Plus, it's free!

What courier service do we use?

European Union: UPS Standard - 2-5 business days.

US & rest of the world: UPS Express Saver - 1-3 business days.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunatelly, we don't.

How long does it takes us to dispatch an order?

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Are there any import taxes?

• European Union: nope
• United States: for orders under $800 (USD) there are no additional import taxes
• Australia: for orders under $1000 (AUD) there are no additional import taxes
• Singapore: for orders under $400 (SGD) there are no additional import taxes
• Rest of the world: check with your local tax authority to make sure
