  • If you are not fully happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. We offer a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

    Return costs are covered by the customer. We suggest using your national postal service.

    Important notes:

    • The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.

    • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

    • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We suggest using a tracked service.

    • Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your items. You can get one by requesting a return here.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.

  • Requesting a return is easy. If you are still in your 14-day return period, just go to our return page and follow the instructions. Please note that we are unable to refund return postage costs.

    Once the items have been received, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping cost, if the items meet the guidelines above.

    We cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

  • If you would like a different style or color - simply return your unwanted item and place a new order online. We will issue a full refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse.

  • Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please email us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

    If you think the item is not performing the way it should, please do not hesitate and email us with your order number. If it is not a fault of natural wear and tear, then we will repair/exchange the item at our expense.

  • Parcels that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is €30. If you want us to resend your package please email us and we will arrange for a new shipment.

    The customer takes full responsiiblity for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
