WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INVISIBLE BACKPACKS ONE, TWO, AND THREE?

Good question. You can have a quick read here or shoot us an email and we will give you a personal recommendation for the bag that best suits you!

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@pxurbanwear.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return is really easy! If you are still in your 14-day return period, just go to our return page and follow the instructions.

(Please note that we are unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding return shipping cost).

We can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Some countries charge import taxes. You are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. 

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Processing takes around 1-2 days after which we generally deliver all orders in 3-5 working days.

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

We use TNT courier service for all orders over €100 and Standard post for orders under that amount. You always have an option to pay extra and request 3-5 day TNT shipping even when buying under €100.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces!

If you changed your mind, you have 14-day from the day of delivery to initiate a return. The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements

We offer a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) or an exchange on items

We offer a lifetime warranty from manufacturing defects. If you think the item is not performing the way it should, please do not hesitate and contact us at support@pxurbanwear.com with your order number. If it is not a fault of natural wear and tear, then we will repair/exchange the item at our expense.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Nothing. We offer free worldwide shipping. No matter where you live, it's still free

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments, PayPal and Bitcoin. However, we do not accept American Express

Absolutely! px is based in Lithuania, EU, and uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party
